Wild Orange: Uses and Benefits

Wild Orange essential oil is uplifting to the mind and body. It supports a healthy immune and digestive system. It is known as the oil of abundance, fosters creativity and brings spontaneity, fun, joy and play into one’s life.

I love using Wild Orange to naturally flavour my food. My favourite 2 recipes are in Jaffa bliss balls and in Raw Chcocolate. The recipe for both of these healthy treats is in my free eBook that you can get here.

Some other ways some of the ladies in my team love to use Wild Orange include

  • diffusing in the kids (boys) bathroom.
  • As a toner. Fill your bathroom sink with warm-hot water with a few drops of Wild Orange. Then use a face washer like a hot compress on your face.
  • Diffuse with Peppermint as a ‘Focus Blend’.
